
Co-Founder. With over a decade of experience in product development in the military and aerospace industry, Terry leads the Visidian team to fulfill the vision of providing cost-effective document managment solutions to engineering and manufacturing companies. Prior to co-founding Visidian Systems, Terry held positions as the Director of Engineering and Head of Technical Section at Smiths and Delphi. He has established a strong foundation of innovative design, systematic processes, digital communication, and use of advanced engineering tools to strengthen the competitive stance of these organizations. Terry holds both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in mechanical and aerospace engineering from the University of California, Irvine. He also received certificates for Technology Management and Engineering Management from the California Institute of Technology, IRC. Terry also holds 6 United States Patents.

Co-Founder. With over a decade of experience in software applications development, Jun leads the development team in design and execution for Visidian Connect. Prior to co-founding Visidian Systems, Jun held the position of Director of Software Development at FileNet (now IBM), and Application Partners. He managed multi-disciplinary departments of developers, quality assurance and support engineers ensuring all projects advanced the technological presence of the organization. At Application Partners he led the design, development and maintenance of a web-based work management framework which was later acquired by FileNet. Jun holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Employee #1. With over a decade of experience in database development in the military and aerospace industry, Alejandro leads the implementation team to provide customers with a turn-key experience for Visidian Connect. Prior to joining Visidian Systems, Alejandro held positions as design engineer and supervisor at Smiths. Before starting a career in engineering, Alejandro served our country for 4 years in the US Army. After returning from active duty overseas and with the assistance of the G.I. Bill, Alejandro earned bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
