Visidian Connect Basic and Pro editions are supported through web training, support emails, and online forums. The Enterprise edition comes with Visidian’s Platinum Support which provides a more personal boutique-like experience. We understand that your time is valuable so our support staff is fully trained to help with every aspect of Visidian Connect. Here are some highlights of our Platinum Support Program:
- All support requests are resolved with complete satisfaction.
- All support staff are fully trained and on rotation with the software design staff.
- All support staff are US citizens and reside in the US.
- All support staff speak fluent English.
- All support staff have, at minimum, an engineering bachelors degree from an accredited university in the US.
- Response time for email support is 1 hour on average.
- Typically there is no wait on phone support. If there is, phone messages are returned within an hour on average.
- Phone support is available from 8 am to 5 pm PST Monday through Friday.
